The cohort runs for 6 months with one 90-minute live virtual session each month.

What if I can't attend a live session?

Sessions are recorded and available for one month after each session. That said, attending live is strongly encouraged to get the most value from discussion and peer interaction.

Will participants receive tools or resources?

Yes. Participants receive downloadable tools and resources throughout the cohort to support learning and on-the-floor application.

Can a company register multiple leaders?

Yes. Companies are welcome to register multiple participants as space allows. Cohorts are capped at 20 participants to ensure quality discussion and peer learning.

What if our company wants training for a larger group?

If you have 10 or more leaders to train, you can inquire about a private cohort customized to your operation and leadership needs.
