What is the time commitment?
One ninety-minute session per month for six months, plus light practice in between so leaders can apply what they learn to their real teams.
How many people are in a cohort?
Each cohort is capped at twenty seats, so the group stays close and every leader gets real attention and time to participate.

Yes. The program is built around your team, your industry, and the day-to-day realities your leaders face, rather than one-size-fits-all theory.
What if someone can't attend a live session?
Sessions are recorded and available for a month afterward. Attending live is encouraged, since most of the value comes from the discussion and peer interaction.
Can we register more than one leader?
Yes. Companies are welcome to register multiple participants as space allows, and each cohort is capped at twenty to keep the discussion close. For ten or more, ask us about a private cohort.
