Tania Will Jeppesen is a dynamic leadership expert, speaker, and founder of The Prepared Leader. With a career rooted in operational excellence and years of hands-on experience leading operations teams, Tania uncovered a critical gap - many leaders struggle to navigate the complex challenges of managing people. Fueled by a passion to bridge this gap, she shifted her focus to leadership development, taking the stage to equip leaders with the tools and strategies they need to thrive.

Her professional background includes almost two decades of experience leading operations teams in both Fortune 50 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, leadership development, and organizational redesign, making her a trusted advisor to businesses looking to optimize their operations and elevate their leaders. Additionally, Tania holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, which has fueled her systematic approach to problem-solving and leadership.
